1. Shipping Costs

At Teeisis, we use clear, fixed-rate shipping to keep things
simple and transparent. All prices are in USD and are applied automatically
at checkout based on your shipping address.

• United States: Flat rate $7.20
• Europe and all other countries: Flat rate $12.00
• Free Shipping: Orders over $130 (applied automatically at checkout)

The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final shipping cost, unless
there are additional carrier fees (for example, for oversized items). If
any such fees apply, we will let you know before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates (Additional Details)

Shipping rates are determined solely by the destination of the shipment and
the fixed rates listed above. Your estimated shipping cost will always be
displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after
your payment has been received.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
that includes your tracking number.

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public

Once your items have been produced and packaged, they will be shipped

Within the United States

5. International Shipping & Customs

Teeisis ships to many countries around the world. Please be aware that any
customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country are the
responsibility of the customer and are not included in the
shipping rates listed above.

If you are unsure whether your country may apply additional charges, we
recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

6. Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email
containing a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to follow the
progress of your package.

7. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your order status shows as “delivered” but you have not received your
package, please contact us within 7 days at:

toward a suitable resolution.
