Returns & Refunds Policy

At Teeisis, we are dedicated to delivering premium products and ensuring your shopping
experience is nothing short of excellent. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order,
you may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to return an item provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • It is returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • The purchase was made directly from this website.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.
  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page or at checkout).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Return Process

1. Request Authorization

2. Pack Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

3. Ship the Package

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For returns made for other reasons (for example size, colour or preference), the customer is responsible for
    the return shipping cost.
  • If you would like a replacement item, a fixed re-shipping fee may apply:
    • US$ 9 for orders under US$ 40
    • US$ 12 for orders under US$ 60
    • US$ 18 for orders over US$ 100

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within
7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product
for a refund and place a new order.
